Paris producer Uppermost remixes a song from Daft Punk's heavily influential 2001 album Discovery. "Face to Face" featured vocals by American house music legend Todd Edwards, and his voice is the hook in this new French touch twist.
If you're going to remix the architects of disco house, you better be able to deliver the goods. Fortunately, Uppermost does just that. He advances the original song, heavily looping an Edwards sample to build tension and then bursting into the verse. It just feels good, and the download is free!
