Slave - Just a Touch of Love (Moplen remix)

You've got to love a modern day producer who puts Larry Levan at the top of his list of heroes. Levan was a Brooklyn kid who introduced Frankie Knuckles to Manhattan disco clubs, according to Tim Lawrence's bible of 1970s American dance culture Love Saves the Day. He went on to become one of the go-to guys when you wanted a "disco" remix of your album.

Now Italy's Moplen is following in Levan's footsteps with this incredible remix of Slave's 1979 track Just a Touch of Love. Somehow, someway, the self-described vinyl junkie Moplen got his hands on the original multitrack recordings of Just a Touch of Love and produced this amazingly awesome drawn out remix.
